SALARY
This is a voluntary role, with no salary, however any reasonable Board expenses, such as travel and car parking can be reimbursed.
TERM OF OFFICE
A term of office is 1 year, however a Trustee can serve up to 2 terms. Your term will automatically end when you graduate.
CLOSING DATE
Midnight on Monday the 5th of January 2026
Trustee Responsibilities
- To act with integrity, reasonableness and prudence
- To oversee the management and administration of the charity
- To ensure resources are deployed to further the charitable objects
- To understand the legal and financial responsibilities of being a Trustee, and the liabilities and implications of decisions
- To exercise responsibilities in accordance with the Governing Document
